"The Club" is one of the two societies
in Britain to organise trials for bloodhounds under Kennel Club
License, and is well worth joining if you are considering buying a
bloodhound puppy.
Any reputable breeder should be bound by
the Bloodhound Club code of ethics and
should be able to supply you with an application form.
However, you may like to print one from your
own printer by clicking here !
It's best to join, before you buy the puppy, since then you will
get to know more than one breeder, and give you time to decide
whether this potentially difficult breed is right for your own
circumstances. It's better to be put off bloodhounds before you
buy one than later!
