Our interest in Bloodhounds began in the early 1980's.
After much research into the breed we purchased
Emily
Ch. Taliesins Symphony from Val and Maurice Owen
in 1992.

This pedigree is one of the few in the 1990s which does NOT to contain the Dumfriesshire Foxhound outcross. |

Emily's litter gave us our first home-bred Champion,
Rocky,
Ch. Aspencades Achievement, who also won best puppy in breed
in 1995.
A year after having Emily, Angus,
Ch. Taliesins Legacy to Aspencade
joined us.
Angus's daughter Lara, Taliesins Colorado Aspencade is a red born
out of an American import from the Woeful Kennels. She is already
enjoying success in the show ring, having gained best puppy in breed
in 1999. She is also an enthusiastic hunter. From this line we hope
to produce healthy dual purpose hounds.
